Esacore NX ST is a sandwich panel with honeycomb core based on aramid fiber (Nomex) and further laminated (on one or both sides) with Abet Laminati HPL laminates.
Features
High mechanical performance
Excellent behavior to fire and smoke emission
Thanks to its finish it can be used as a decorative panel without adding other materials on the external faces
MONOCORE® is an integral sandwich panel based on three-dimensional glass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin, patented and industrialized by Metalleido Components; now renewed by Abet HTS.
Features
MONOCORE® is the only three-dimensional panel with a monoblock structure. This integral structure is free from delamination. The fabric is impregnated with phenolic resin to obtain a flat panel of extreme lightness and rigidity.
MONOCORE® 3D ST is an integral sandwich panel based on three-dimensional glass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin patented and industrialized by Metalleido. It is supplied without coverings in the basic version or with Abet laminates in MONOCORE® 3D ST version.
MONOCORE® 3D FP is a multilayer sandwich panel obtained using three layers of 6 mm glass fabric to which three glass fabric mats are added which give the panel greater resistance to both bending and compression and a high bending strength. The surface can be further laminated (on one or both sides) with Abet Laminati HPL laminates. The panel can subsequently be covered (for example with non-slip surfaces such as rubber or carpet).
Features
Resistance to both bending and compression and a high bending strength.
MONOCORE® 3D ACUSTIC is a multilayer sandwich panel obtained using three layers of 6 mm glass fabric to which three glass fabric mats which are filled with micro spheres to add greater acoustic characteristics to the panel.
Features
Resistance to both bending and compression and a high bending strength.
Soft Coated sandwich panel configurations made up of aramidic fibers that are laminated with thermoplastics. Hard Coated composite panel configirations made up of aramidic fibers that are embedded in a hardened thermosetting resin matrix.
Features
Soft coat panels are valued for their improved grip and tactile properties, while hard coat composites are favored for their overall durability, impact resistance, and protection.
